After receiving some amazing news on Monday, we were finding it hard to concentrate and sink into business as usual. I decided the best thing for us to do was to get a change of scenery and celebrate National Coffee Day at Warsaw Coffee Company, a coffee shop and workspace located in Ft. Lauderdale.
I’ve been a fan of Warsaw Coffee since getting back to South Florida. The space is gorgeous (an Instagram dream), the coffee is flowing, and they have three menus – Dawn, Day, and Dusk – to keep you well fed while you work or catch up with friends.
We got coffees, sodas, and a round of grilled cheese sandwiches and tucked in for the afternoon. I dug into work while Ryan enjoyed Paper Towns and we both enjoyed one of our first full stress- and anxiety-free days in ages. This
summer year has been hard and a little sad but Monday was a huge turning point. We’re feeling so happy and grateful to be heading into the last part of the year with the sense of security and optimism that we’ve been yearning for.
But, you came for the food photos, not to hear me babble on, right? Here you go!
I’m happy to report that the coffee and chai lattes were lovely, as always, and that our monster grilled cheeses perfectly hit the spot! I’d skip the avocado toast (it’s a little hard to eat) but never, ever skip the Nutella brownie cookies because they are LIFE CHANGING.
If you’re in the area and would like to check out Warsaw Coffee for yourself, you can find their information below!
