This post is going to be a big fat photo dump of happiness. We spent the vast majority of our time in Ocho Rios soaking in family and friends, beaching, and trying to figure out how we got so lucky to be able to have this experience together.
Ryan warned me that he acquired “beach wear” before our trip, so I fully prepared myself for him to show up in trunks emblazoned with palm trees, bright colors, and ridiculous bucket hats. Love that man for being predictable.
He’s the best.
We all enjoyed our time in the hammocks, dozing away while the afternoon washed over us. I think my grandfather had the best time ever. But, how could you not?
The only times that I even bothered to brush my hair for our entire stay were for my sister’s rehearsal dinner and the wedding itself. We caught sunset just in time for a few photos and I’m so glad that we did. We’re awful at framing photos up, but I think we’ll have to get our act together and get these printed!
The wedding day itself was absolutely stunning, and I’m glad to say that I have very few photos because I was busy fussing over the beautiful bride on her big day! We got ready with drinks and, in true Jamaican fashion, some yummy jerk chicken. And I think we cleaned up quite nicely, no?
God, I love weddings. Especially when it’s two of my favorite people tying the knot!
Hope you enjoyed these!
