Confession: I’m pretty sure that this is Megalochori but I actually don’t know! I 100% left my travel blogger hat at home in Bristol on our honeymoon, and while I happily snapped away on all of our adventures, I didn’t take notes. So! After squinting at some maps I’m pretty sure that this is Megalochori but also the exact location doesn’t really matter if you’re just here for some pretty photos, right? (Though if you really must know let me know in the comments and I’ll figure it out. This is a more than the one cup of coffee that I’ve had today kind of job.)
This was another location where we were pretty much told, “Don’t wander off, we won’t be able to find you.” Since that’s a very real possibility for me when I’ve got my camera to my eyes and head in the clouds, Ryan was on make sure Bobbi keeps up duty. Husbands…the best, right?
After (maybe)Megalochori, we headed to Akrotiri for a little bit of lunch and to take in some views at the lighthouse. From what I’ve heard, the sunsets here rival Oía. We just went up to have a quick look around (as the lighthouse itself is behind a fence). It was absolutely stunning and quite possibly my favorite view from the island.
Hope you enjoyed! I’ll be back tomorrow with a This & That that should be pretty big since I missed last week!
